Deposits
A deposit of at least 50% of the total due is required to complete your reservation. Please call us to make your deposit today. There is a 3.5% fee to process a card or you can send a check for the deposit amount. 

Reservations
To complete the reservation of your trip, please call us to confirm the details of your reservation and to provide a deposit to hold your reservation. You are responsible for payment of services reserved.

Final Payment 
Your final payment is due upon arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds

 Due to the nature of our business there are no refunds for trips canceled within 7 days of your reservation. Final trip payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for trips ending early. All Cancellations will be charged a $50 handling fee and an additional percentage of the deposit based upon how many days in advance your cancellation is received.

Changes to group size or outfitting equipment rental resulting in a smaller total invoice may incur a $50 handling fee per incident.
Cancellations received 1 to 7 days prior to the start date of your reservation will receive 0% of the deposit fee. 
Cancellations received 8 to 29 days prior to the start date of your reservation will receive 50% of the deposit fee minus a $50 handling fee.
Cancellations received 30 to 59 days prior to the start date of your reservation will receive 75% of the deposit fee minus a $50 handling fee. 
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the start date of your reservation will receive 100% of the deposit fee minus a $50 handling fee.
 

Taxes
All services are subject to a sales tax of 8.375 percent of current rate. Accommodations are subject to 12.375 percent lodging tax.
